For orders placed with this seller: the buyer's eBay user name, name, shipping address and phone number when eBay provides it, the items bought, and the amounts paid. For the seller's own account: listings, inventory, fees and payouts.
Only to ship orders, provide tracking, handle returns and keep the seller's sales and tax records. Data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for any other purpose. A shipping address is passed to the supplier or carrier that ships that order, and only for that order.
On the seller's own computer. Account deletion notices from eBay pass through this small service, which keeps them only until they are processed.
When eBay notifies us that a user has closed their account and asked for their data to be deleted, their name, address and other personal details are permanently erased. Order numbers, amounts and dates are kept where the law requires sales and tax records.
Buyers can contact the seller through eBay messages on any order.
